Pushing the Limits.

So, to follow the post about my mother, here is my sister Ashley. Ashley and my Mom competed together in the fitness competition; they cheered each other on and complained about food together until they reached the end. Ashley, as you can tell looks amazing, and placed 1st in both categories that she entered {transformation and fitness model}. You can read her transformation story here.
